10 Minute Healthy Breakfast Recipes

Eating healthy is good for the health, but preparing meals can be a lot of work. Many people prefer to eat outside because preparing the meals seems like a lot of trouble. But preparing meals at home to ensure their freshness and good quality. Huge collections of catering freezers for commercial use, are available in the market to store food.If you have the ingredients available then you can easily prepare your meals.

If you have a busy schedule and you do not have a lot of time to spend in preparing the meals, then do not worry because there are several meals that can be prepared in just 10 minutes. You can find simple recipes that take little time to prepare. They are healthy recipes and take little time to prepare so it is important to have these recipes at hand.

Here are some of the healthy breakfast recipes that will take maximum ten minutes to prepare. With the help of these recipes, you can eat healthy food without spending too much time to prepare the meals.

Peach Cobbler Oatmeal:

This is an extremely easy and tasty breakfast dish and it can be prepared under 10 minutes. This is a really fresh and healthy meal. When the peaches are in season then this is an excellent breakfast to have.

Ingredients:

The ingredients required for the recipe are:

Water

  • Pinch of salt
  • Rolled oats
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Chopped Peaches
  • Brown Sugar
  • Chopped Pecans for garnishing

Process:

  1. The first thing you need to do is heat a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add water and salt to the saucepan and bring it to a boil.
  3. Add cinnamon and nutmeg to the boiling water and stir.
  4. Cook it for four minutes or wait until the oatmeal is thickened.
  5. Add chopped peaches, brown sugar and cook for another minute.
  6. It can be served immediately with pecan garnishing.

Poached egg and avocado toast:

The egg dishes are common for the breakfast. This dish takes under ten minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Grain Bread
  • Avocado
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh Herbs
  • Parsley
  • Basil

Process:

  1. Boil a pot of water.
  2. The metal rims of the mason jars should be dropped in the boiling water so it drops to the bottom.
  3. When the water is boiling, the heat should be turned off and the eggs should be cracked directly into the rim.
  4. The pot should be covered for five minutes so that the egg is poached.
  5. The bread should be toasted and smash the avocado on the toasted bread.
  6. When the eggs are done, take them out with a spatula. Pull the rim off the eggs and put them on the top of the toast.
  7. The toast should be sprinkled with salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and the fresh herbs of your choice.
  8. The dish can be served with quartered tomatoes.

Oatmeal Blueberry Yogurt Pancakes:

Making pancakes do not take a lot of time. They are also commonly eaten as breakfast.

Ingredients:

The ingredients needed for making this tasty and healthy meal are:

  • Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • Baking Powder
  • Blueberry
  • Vanilla Bean Yogurt
  • Ripe Banana
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla
  • Fresh Blueberries

Process:

  1. All of the ingredients except fresh blueberries should be put into a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until the blend becomes smooth.
  3. If the batter is too thick, then you can add a teaspoon or two of almond milk.
  4. Coat a nonstick skillet with butter and heat it over medium heat.
  5. Drop some of the batter on the pan and add a few blueberries on the top.
  6. Flip the cakes and cook until brown.
  7. Serve with fresh blueberries.

Cheddar garlic grits and fried eggs:

A cheesy meal does not have to be full of fat and calories. This is a healthy meal and it can be made in very little time.

Ingredients:

  • Water
  • Cooking Grits
  • Grated Cloves of Garlic
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Chopped Chives
  • Eggs
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Process:

  • All of the ingredients except fresh blueberries should be put into a blender.
  • Blend the mixture until the blend becomes smooth.
  • If the batter is thick, add a teaspoon or two of almond milk.
  • Coat a nonstick skillet with butter. Heat he skillet over medium heat.
  • Drop some of the batter on the pan and add a few blueberries on the top.
  • Flip the cakes and cook until brown.
  • Serve with fresh blueberries.
